If you wish to rent an apartment, you must choose one from our webpage stipulating the length of time you would like to rent it for and specifying a start and finish date.
If the apartment is available, the reservation can be made by phone or by e-mail and this is secured once the deposit (15% of the total price) is paid. The deposit must be paid in cash into our bank account and once the payment and all the details about the customer have been received, we will send you an e-mail confirming the booking, the fee for which is non-returnable under any circumstances.
On the day of arrival, we will meet you in the apartment. The check-in period is between 10 am and 19 p.m. The contract is then signed and the remaining amount is paid, as well as a security deposit in cash and in U.S dollars depending on the dollar rate of the day on the webpage www.dolarhoy.com.ar Security Deposit As well as signing the contract, an inventory of the apartment must be signed and a security deposit paid depending on the length of time you are renting for: - Less than 30 days: half a month's rent
| - Between 1 and 6 months: 1 month's rent
| - More than 6 months to 1 year: 2 months' rent
| The security deposit will be returned on the day of check-out (check-out time is 10 am ). However, if any damages or breakages have been made or if there is anything missing from the apartment, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total security deposit to cover repairs or replacement of objects. Further Information The apartments are for a specific number of people; you cannot have more people staying in the apartment than previously agreed in the contract. If this happens the people will be asked to leave with no money being returned to them. The contracts are of temporary rental periods and are not extendable; they have a start and finish date. The owner of the apartment and Tu lugar en Argentina reserve the final right on admission. The apartment should be left in the same state of cleanliness as it is found in on the day of check-in. If this is not the case, 50 Argentinian pesos will be deducted from the deposit to cover cleaning costs. On Sundays, on special holiday dates and out of office hours ( 9 to 18 ), there will be an extra charge for check-in and check-out and you should give Tu lugar en Argentina advance notice of this.
