Our tenants are foreign people: businessmen, students or travelers who come to Buenos Aires to work, study or sightsee and look for a totally equipped place to live as if it were their own home, that is the same commodities and advantages.

The chosen cities are central with night life (preferably), safe and of easy approach.

The rental term ranges from a week to six months.

The landlord hands in the department to Tu lugar en Argentina with a stocklist of the property.

Provisional rents are paid in advance and in cash when checking in, that is when the agreement is signed. Together with it, a deposit is paid which will be returned to the tenant when checking out once the place has been totally checked and only if no damages have been found. Otherwise, the deposit will be kept.

Our commission comes from the 15 % on the total of the contract.
